SLOT DIE RENTING

Mitsubishi Materials has three types of renting slot-dies for the coating test at customer's coating lines. Customers can use these slot-dies with a rental charge.
  1. 700mm Length
    • Main application : Li-ion batteries
    • Shim size : 0.3mm - 0.5mm - 1.0mm - 1.5mm
  2. 400mm Length
    • Main application : Various films, MLCC, Li-ion batteries
    • Shim size : 0.03mm - 0.05mm - 0.1mm - 0.2mm
  3. 300mm Length for stripe coating
    • Main application : CIS, CIGS, Organic Photovoltaic, OLED
